Observation

2)b) There are window blinds in a bedroom that will be licensed space. The window blinds have inner cords that can be pulled out to form a loop and would be accessible to children. 3)f) There is a wooden play refrigerator in the play room and a shelf in the open closet in the bedroom that are not anchored to the wall to prevent tipping. 3)f) There is a large, heavy board and heavy glass table top leaning against the side of the house in the outdoor area that will be licensed. These items pose a tipping hazard. 3)g) There is a basketball hoop that does not appear to be in good and safe condition in the outdoor area that will be licensed. The base of it appears to be held down by large bricks rather than being filled with sand as the manufacturer intends and if the bricks were removed, it could tip and fall. 4)c)i) There is a glass light bulb in the play room fixture which is not shatter-resistant as required.
